Robots Go to war in UK Army's Exercise

London : The biggest ever robot exercise in the history of British army got underway monday.

Crowds have initiated difficult above 70 samples of innovative machinery including improved surveillance drones and unmanned cars on the field of Salisbury plain in southern England, Defence administrator Gavin Williamson announced.

The ministry of defence (MOD) thought the game-changing Independent fighter testing will last four week and check a range of prototype unmanned aerial and autonomous ground cars which aim to reduce the hazard to troops during battle, xinhua reported.

The workout will finish with a battle group trial, where the best ideas and goods will be tested in the toughest of simulated operative environments, a statement from the MOD in London added.
