How do animals overcome their stress :-
Occasionally the animals are caught in such a situation that they ca n neither run nor fight with their enemies .
For them it is a special type of stress situation . Various animals adopt different methods to relieve stress .
To understand the act of getting rid of stress , we take example of a school child who has made some mistake and for that mistake his teacher has caught him . In this situation , he feel guilty and is very scared of the teacher .
In this situation neither he can run nor he can fight with the teacher . At such time , he come in a stressful situation to get rid of this tension , it starts to scratch his body or breathes heavily so that it can reduce stress .
Just like when someone catches a rat and does not stay in a position to escape , it sits and rub their claws on the face again and again . Likewise , fearful birds from a cat being to fly around .
There are all such actions that are done to get rid of stressful situations . This is what we call displacement actions .
In order to come under normal condition , animals perform such actions , sometimes in such too . All these actions are their reversible actions .
In relation to reversible actions , Russian scientist Ivan pavlov is a famous use of . In this experiment he should some dogs something to eat this caused water to the month of the dogs , at the same time they played the boll , give the verb several times .
After this , the bells were played without showing the dogs without food even after this , water in the dog's mouth . In other words , it was settled in the brain of the dogs that they would be given food as soon as the bell rang , i.e, the dancing ring became synonymous with eating .
This situation is called a dynamic reversal action . This action starts happening on its own . when animals are given some training then they start doing these action in their own .. In this way we learn to read and talk .
